Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral intervention programs and support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for clients by promoting positive behaviors and skill development through data-driven strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention plans Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral therapy programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on ABA techniques, data collection methods, and ethical practices Maintain accurate medical records, patient assessments, intake documentation, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to behavioral health services Skills Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy techniques Proven experience working with children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and medical documentation to support clinical decisions Ability to conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures effectively Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and behavioral health protocols Join our team as a BCBA to empower clients through innovative behavioral interventions! Pay:
$80.00 - $82.00 per hour
