Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active BCBA licensure required School-based BCBA experience preferred Comfort supporting K-12 special programs, collaborating with teachers and support staff Must complete Florida credentialing process, including fingerprinting and JLA badge Strong observation, data collection, and modeling skillsResponsibilities/Duties:
Support teachers with strategy suggestions, classroom observations, and behavior interventions Assist in developing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Model effective data collection and intervention strategies for staff Serve as a resource across 5-7 schools, focusing on self-contained K-12 programs Ensure compliance with all school policies and credentialing requirementsBenefits/Perks:
