WHAT YOU'LL DO

Telehealth Opportunities Available 1099 Contractor Position Monthly Pay Steady Flow of Cases Collaborative & Supportive Team Culture Leadership & Mentorship Opportunities Fieldwork Supervision Opportunities Meaningful & Rewarding Work As a BCBA or BCaBA with Superstar Kids Services, you'll play a vital role in creating meaningful progress for children and supporting families through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting behavioral assessments (BCBA) and assisting with treatment implementation (BCaBA) Designing and monitoring individualized ABA treatment plans Analyzing behavioral data and modifying programs as needed Supervising and mentoring RBTs and clinical team members Providing parent and caregiver training for skill generalization Collaborating with schools, families, and interdisciplinary professionals Maintaining accurate documentation and insurance compliance Staying current on ABA research and best practices Supporting children in home, school, daycare, and community environments

QUALIFICATIONS

Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB Florida residency

REQUIRED

Experience with private insurance and telehealth preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passion for working with children and families Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
