$80,000-$95,000/year + bonus potential Make a Real Impact—Without the Burnout Arise Autism Center is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our in-clinic program in Lake Mary. We're a clinician-led organization growing thoughtfully across Central Florida. You'll have a manageable caseload, real clinical autonomy, and a leadership team that actually listens. What You'll Do; Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional behavior assessments) and design individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing meaningful feedback that develops their skills Provide direct clinical oversight for a dedicated caseload in our Lake Mary clinic (no driving between homes) Collaborate with families through caregiver training and clear, jargon-free communication Track progress using data-driven decision-making in CentralReach What We Offer; Competitive pay: $80,000-$95,000 base + performance bonuses Manageable caseloads so you can do quality work, not just hit numbers Free CEUs and support for maintaining your BCBA certification Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO + paid holidays 401(k) Clear growth path —we're scaling to six centers in three years, and we promote from within Admin and RBT support so you focus on clinical work, not paperwork What You Bring Current BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB) Active Medicaid provider ID Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field Experience with pediatric/early intervention populations preferred A genuine passion for ethical, compassionate, client-centered care Ready to do your best work with a team that has your back?
