Job Description

Job description: Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other behavioral health challenges. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients while collaborating with families and other professionals. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and support for clients. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress in accordance with regulatory requirements. Provide training and guidance to staff on behavioral therapy techniques and best practices. Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as necessary. Advocate for clients' needs within the community and provide resources for additional support services. Skills Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with similar behavioral challenges. Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs.
