Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a difference by supporting students across Pre-K through 12th grade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a welcoming and collaborative school setting. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite with diverse caseloads, approximately 50-60 students, helping them achieve their behavioral and educational goals. Desired Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to effectively manage a caseload of 50-60 students across varying grade levels (Pre-K-12) Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families Passion for supporting student growth, independence, and positive behavior change
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies and interventions Provide direct support and consultative services for students with behavioral needs Monitor and document progress; adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes Train and support staff in implementing behavioral strategies and data collection Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards This role is designed for onsite work only and welcomes travel professionals eager to contribute their expertise in a positive and collaborative setting.
