Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join Therapist to you health team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change through evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring comprehensive patient care and accurate medical documentation. As a BCBA Specialist, you will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress and enhance quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Analyze behavioral data and modify treatment plans based on client progress. Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Provide parent, caregiver, and staff training on behavioral strategies. Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports. Ensure compliance with ethical standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews. Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). State BCBA license Experience working with children and adults with developmental and behavioral disorders. RBT license CPR (American red cross AHCA fingerprinting Valid driver's license Physical exam and TB test Proof of citizenship/ Residency Required Skills Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Strong assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Leadership and supervisory abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data collection and behavior analysis expertise. Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
