RBT Needed ASAP (Miami Beach) Full Spectrum Miami Beach, FL Job Details Part-time $25 - $28 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Behavioral interventions RBT Certification Working with individuals with developmental disabilities Teamwork Working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders Working with children Implementing behavioral health therapy programs Organizational skills Autism spectrum disorders support Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for children Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description Full Spectrum is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in the Kendall area. We provide high-quality, individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings.
Schedule:
We are currently looking for team members with morning availability (school-based case)
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Collect and record data accurately Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification (required) 1 year of experience in ABA or special education (preferred) Experience working with children with autism or related disorders preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Kendall area Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact
