• 2:00 PM (Summer) Structured full-time schedule : Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM (School Schedule). Collaborative environment

• session prep, supervision, and collaboration time are paid Responsibilities Provide in home and school high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA/Psychologist supervision Assist with prep materials, documentation, and client progress updates Collaborate with the clinical team to support each child's development and goals ✅ Requirements Active RBT Certification Must pass a competency assessment with our staff prior to hire (even if already certified) Fluent English communication skills Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred but not required Professional demeanor and passion for working with children.
