Company Overview Carpe Diem Academy is a nonprofit private education center and therapy clinic serving children and families across South Florida since 2005. Our mission is to empower young learners through compassionate, evidence-based education and therapeutic services that foster independence, growth, and lifelong success. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team. Based at our campus in <
LOCATION
> , this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based behavioral interventions that support children's developmental and educational goals. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to track progress and guide treatment decisions. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistent and effective support. Provide training, coaching, and ongoing guidance on behavioral strategies to staff and caregivers. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and privacy standards. Stay current with best practices and emerging research in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Advocate for inclusive, supportive educational environments for children with diverse learning needs. Travel as needed to outpatient homes, community settings, and school environments (REQUIRED) Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Medicaid Provider ID (required) Credentialing with additional insurance providers strongly encouraged Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring Solid understanding of ABA principles and ethical practice Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment Passion for inclusion, advocacy, and child-centered care Why Join Carpe Diem Academy?
