  • No Experience Required (West Ashley, SC | Starting July 2026) PT or FT Two Part Time
  • 20 Hours
  • 40 Hourly One Full Time-40 Hours $85

We're hiring a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical excellence while enjoying true work-life balance. Join a fast-growing, mission-driven autism treatment clinic where quality care comes first.

  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM (no nights, weekends, or on-call)
  • Max caseload of 12 clients (or 32 billable hours per week)
  • No administrative, scheduling, Human Resources (HR), or insurance responsibilities
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload
  • Strong clinical support
  • Two weeks of paid training, including one week of travel to Houston, Texas

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct assessments and oversee treatment plans
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent training and clinical guidance
