Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Remote) - Autism Services- Spanish Speaking preferred Part-Time Hourly| New York City Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services Help us build the future of ABA, the kind of organization clinicians have always wanted but rarely find. At Alpha & Omega Kids, BCBAs are supported, heard, and set up to do their best work. You'll have strong clinical and administrative backing, clear expectations, and the ability to focus on quality care, not constant firefighting.
Compensation Hourly:
$90 - $105/hour Flexible scheduling, choose your own hours Why Alpha & Omega Small, manageable caseloads Strong administrative and clinical support Dedicated compliance department led by BCBAs to support ethics and protect your license Paid training and access to our robust CEU/Learning Management Library Flexible scheduling that actually works Paid sick leave in NYC only Paid parental leave What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on data Provide parent training and collaborate with families Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards Requirements Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing Licensed or eligible in New York, can license in New York Experience working with individuals with autism Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Schedule Monday-Friday (flexible) Weekend availability optional Job Type Part-Time available
