Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives while sharing your expertise in behavioral analysis? This contract opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ready to work onsite, supporting a diverse PreK-12 caseload of approximately 50-60 students. Serve as a key resource in helping educators, families, and young learners achieve their best every day.
Key Qualifications:
Valid BCBA certification required Prior experience with children and adolescents in academic settings, ideally with PreK-12 Strong grasp of Applied Behavior Analysis principles Excellent observational and assessment skills Effective communicator and collaborator with education professionals and caregivers Adaptable, creative, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide guidance to school staff on behavioral intervention strategies Oversee implementation of behavior support plans for students Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members Track progress, prepare documentation, and maintain all reporting requirements Work collaboratively as part of an educational team to ensure student success In this dynamic role, you'll work exclusively onsite and have the chance to connect directly with your students and colleagues.
