Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this rewarding role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your dedication will help foster growth, independence, and improved quality of life for those you serve. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors and progress to inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence Support educational and therapeutic activities tailored to each client's needs within special education frameworks Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by securely managing medical records and documentation Collaborate with team members to develop and update care plans that align with clients' goals Foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages client engagement and behavioral health improvement Qualifications Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques, behavior management strategies, and data collection methods Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members in a compassionate manner Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and confidentiality standards such as HIPAA Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching and supporting diverse learners High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in special education or behavioral health is a plus Embark on a fulfilling career where your passion for helping others meets professional growth. $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
