Job Description

New Patterns ABA is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services to children and their families within a collaborative and supportive environment. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of clinical programming. This position requires strong clinical judgment, effective leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving positive, data-driven outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including standardized evaluations, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and Functional Analyses (FAs) Develop individualized treatment plans, goals, and programming that are meaningful, measurable, and tailored to each client Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery Design and oversee data collection systems and analyze progress to inform clinical decisions Conduct parent training sessions focused on goals that are relevant and impactful for the family Address parent concerns related to programming or staffing by gathering information and collaborating with the Clinical Supervisor to ensure resolution Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of clients and families Communicate regularly with the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director, including participation in leadership and supervision meetings
