Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) MSI Therapy - Ocala, FL MSI Therapy is a pediatric therapy practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and their families in the Ocala community. To ensure the highest quality of services, we collaborate closely with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and a multidisciplinary team of professionals. We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, outcome-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We have immediate openings available. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Teach and reinforce skills while reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based ABA strategies. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children and their families. Deliver services in home and/or school settings. Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support each child's progress and success. Share observations and provide feedback regarding treatment goals and programming. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Previous ABA experience preferred. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the clinical team.
