We provide ABA therapy services to children ages 2-10 years old in our center, in the home, and in school settings. We are seeking energetic and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team specifically for the school setting ! At DBS, we aim to create a positive, enjoyable work environment in which our RBTs can feel supported and confident in their ability to provide high quality, evidence-based ABA therapy. Training is thorough and conducted by experienced RBTs, student behavior analysts, and BCBAs. You will be supported throughout the process to ensure that you feel fully prepared to run sessions independently! At this time, we are only looking for applicants that are certified. Applicants without a valid RBT number will not be considered for the role. Responsibilities
  • RBTs at DBS must...
  • Be reliable and punctual to all sessions.
  • Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy including functional communication training, DTT, NET, and behavior reduction procedures.
  • Accurately collect data using both a tablet and pen-and-paper data sheets.
  • Be willing to work with clients with a wide range of skill deficits and challenging behaviors.
  • Complete all session notes and submit timesheets in a timely manner.
  • Be willing and able to travel between various locations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with clients, families, and fellow employees. Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification (Required)
  • High school diploma or higher (Required)
  • Have excellent English communication skills (Required)
  • Be able to tolerate the physical demands of providing therapy services to children, including standing for extended periods of time, running, squatting, etc. (Required)
  • Must pass a criminal background check. (Required)
  • Experience working with children with special needs (Highly preferred)
  • Flexibility is essential! Early intervention is a fast-paced environment that can vary from day to day. Schedules may change quickly depending on clients and settings.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are highly preferred due to our client population! Benefits & Compensation
