Omega Behavioral Care is hiring an RBT for school environment settings in Orlando. We provide behavioral services to families of children with autism between the ages of 2 and 16 and are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team to provide 1:1 therapy to increase communication, socialization and play skills. Minimum Requirements needed to apply for the RBT opening : 40-hour RBT training as required by the BACB Certificate of Completion of the exam by the BACB Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation Possess, or be able to attain, a Medicaid ID number Professional references 1 year minimum of proven RBT experience Maintaining respect and confidentiality for all client Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, push/pull 30 pounds as needed for therapy services Ability to efficiently write and communicate verbally Ability to work supportively with other professionals and staff Bilingual a MUST (English/Spanish). Computer literate with reliable internet access Osceola County School Badge Summary of Essential Job Functions of the
RBT Therapist:
Implementing individualized behavior analysis programming during one-on-one therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst); Implementing BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans) specific to client as set forth by a BCBA; Remaining current and knowledgeable on all client programming by reading supervision and consultation notes provided by BCBA and applying all contents to therapy sessions; Completing an accurate daily log of all billable interactions and billable service hours for the Client chart and reporting all information to Company; Recording all behavior analysis programming in adherence to data collection guidelines set forth by Omega Behavioral Care, Corp. Maintain punctual and consistent attendance to avoid client therapy disruption Other activities generally performed by an ABA Therapist that are directly related to behavioral analysis such as activities related to oversight of Omega Behavioral Care Corp. programs and employees.
Schedule:
20 hours per week, morning shift 8am - 12pm. Monday -
Friday Salary :
Depending on experience.
Employment classification:
W-2 in accordance to IRS regulations.
