Job Description

Job Overview Socially Significant ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who values clinical integrity, accountability, and meaningful outcomes. We serve children, teens, and young adults with complex needs and are committed to high-quality, individualized care. This is a full-time employee position (not contract) designed for clinicians who want to lead—both in their caseload and within a growing organization. Role Overview The BCBA serves as the clinical lead for assigned cases, responsible for assessment, program development, supervision, and treatment integrity, while contributing to a developing leadership structure. Growth & Leadership This role offers a clear path toward clinical leadership , including opportunities to support operations and maintain quality across the organization. We are building a team of clinicians who can lead confidently and operate independently. Responsibilities Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, MAS, FAST, etc.) Develop and oversee individualized behavior and skill acquisition plans Manage a caseload of 6-8 clients Supervise and train ABA technicians to ensure high-quality implementation Analyze data and adjust programming based on measurable progress Provide parent and caregiver training Maintain accurate and timely documentation Work Setting Primarily clinic-based , with a strong partnership with a local school Some in-home sessions as needed Assessments and key clinical tools are provided by the organization Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
