Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Healing Palms Behavioral Center Palm Beach, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract 16 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Working with individuals with developmental disabilities Master's degree Psychology BCBA Applied Behavior Analysis Full Job Description Healing Palms Behavioral Center is looking for positive and upbeat licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in the Palm Beach County area who have a passion for helping clients and their families by providing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy (ABA) at home, school, and in the community. Our team helps families with children ages under 21 that have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other behavior, social, and communication conditions. Lead analysts' responsibilities will include: Conducting intake assessments and developing behavioral programs Performing monthly reports and ongoing reassessment plans every 6 months Develops BA treatment programs, monitors treatment progress and modifies programs when necessary, communicates treatment goals with client's family and provides necessary training and support. Providing training, mentorship, and weekly supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Qualifications:
Current certification by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required Medicaid Provider Number & NPI Strong leaderships skills BEST rates in the area!
