Registered Behavior Technician RBT

Job Overview -Experience at least 2 years. -Medicaid provider needed. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in providing behavioral health services. As an RBT, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement individualized treatment plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your role is vital in helping clients develop essential skills, improve behavior management, and enhance their overall quality of life. Duties Implement behavioral interventions and therapy plans under the supervision of BCBA or BCaBA. Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition accurately and consistently Assist clients with activities of daily living. Support clients during teaching sessions to promote communication, social skills, and independence Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Skills Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities in educational or clinical settings Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior management strategies effectively Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards Data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment adjustments
