Provided About Us I Beliv You Matter, LLC is a dedicated ABA therapy agency serving children and families across Central Florida. We are seeking experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team. This position provides leadership opportunities, professional collaboration, and the chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to RBTs and BCaBAs Collect, analyze, and review client data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure generalization of skills Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and insurance documentation requirements Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely reporting Qualifications Current BCBA certification (required) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (required) Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting What We Offer Competitive pay ($70 - $76 per hour) Flexible scheduling across multiple locations Benefits available for eligible employees Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and collaborative work environment
