As a Developmental Specialist on our Board Certification Track, you will participate in a highly individualized mentorship and training pathway designed to support you throughout your Master's program and BCBA certification journey. Position Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician (Developmental Specialist), you will work directly with children and families under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans that support communication, independence, social development, emotional regulation, and functional life skills.
