Role:

Join Aba Therapy Of St Lucie Inc as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. We are looking for passionate professionals to provide high-quality ABA therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on ABA principles. Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment. Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development. Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Active BCBA certification and state licensure in Florida. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with children. Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods in ABA. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
