Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and enhance independence. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by supervising behavior analysts to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect and analyze data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to inform ongoing treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, feeding, and other self-care skills Use behavioral therapy techniques to teach new skills across communication, socialization, and functional life areas Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and care plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and reinforce therapeutic strategies across environments Support clients during therapy sessions with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement to foster a safe and motivating atmosphere Qualifications Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a behavioral health or educational setting Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and behavior management techniques Ability to collect detailed data accurately and maintain thorough medical records Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health and special education needs Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and team members Patience, compassion, and a proactive attitude toward teaching and patient care Join us in empowering individuals through compassionate care and innovative behavioral therapies. Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
