What You'll Do:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will: Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help children achieve developmental and behavioral goals Teach communication, social, academic, self-help, and daily living skills Collect accurate data and document client progress during therapy sessions Utilize positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members to promote consistency and success Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines Foster a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment for clients
Qualifications Required:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and families
Preferred:
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Previous ABA therapy experience Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Experience in educational, childcare, healthcare, or behavioral health settings Apply Today! $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
