This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference by implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions. As an RBT, you will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote positive behaviors and enhance daily living skills in a compassionate and engaging environment. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients' developmental goals Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses accurately to inform ongoing treatment plans Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and toileting, fostering independence and confidence Support teaching sessions that focus on communication, social skills, and behavioral management strategies Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring confidentiality of medical records and client information Collaborate with supervisors and team members to modify interventions as needed for optimal outcomes Document all sessions thoroughly in medical records, including progress notes and relevant updates to care plans Requirements Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and data collection methods Excellent communication skills for working effectively with children, families, and team members Ability to assist with ADLs and implement teaching strategies within a structured environment Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation standards, and confidentiality protocols such as HIPAA Patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for helping others reach their full potential Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks required for patient care roles This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about making a positive impact through specialized behavioral health services.
