What We're Looking For:

Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) A compassionate, energetic team player who thrives in dynamic environments Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children with autism and developmental delays Willingness to travel locally between clinic locations as needed Ability to consistently meet billable hour expectations per week to provide the continuity of care our families deserve If you're looking for a meaningful role where you can grow your skills, make a daily impact, and be part of something that's evolving and expanding, Kaleidoscope Interventions is the place for you.
