JOB DESCRIPTION
This is primarily an on-site position based within our learning center. Primary schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Provide direct in-home therapy for clients twice a week from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Deliver direct, 1-on-1 behavioral therapy to implement customized treatment plans under the close supervision of a BCBA. Design and incorporate creative sensory activities, including arts, crafts, games, and interactive exercises, to keep learning dynamic. Organize, create, and prepare customized clinical materials tailored to your clients' daily learning targets. Maintain precise, real-time tracking of client progress by logging clinical data into our specialized software system. Efficiently convert daily appointments and author thorough, compliant SOAP notes immediately following each session. Participate in weekly clinical meetings with the supervising BCBA, attend quarterly in-service professional development days, and join company team-building events. Contribute to routine center cleanup and sanitization to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming space for children and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is highly preferred). Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds, comfortably sit on the floor, and remain highly active alongside energetic children throughout the day. Ability to successfully clear a comprehensive criminal background check.
