Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a premier national Autism Treatment franchise with an unwavering dedication to quality. We offer ABA, Speech, and Occupational therapy, as well as Social Skills Classes inside our unique, nautical-themed learning centers, in-home, and in-school. Our play-based model heavily emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and we love taking our clients on monthly community field trips! We also champion high parent involvement, providing a live viewing room where parents can watch their child's therapy in real-time. At SOS, we fiercely protect our team's work/life balance. Our Clinical Directors maintain a low, highly manageable caseload of approximately 9 full-time clients and are fully supported by dedicated interns. Our leadership team generally works Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, and rarely takes work home. As our center grows, you will smoothly transition from direct caseload management into full-time Clinical Director leadership. Why Choose Success On The Spectrum?
