School-day services with after-school home sessions depending on client needs ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children and families in the Seffner area. This role provides the opportunity to work with clients in school and home settings while collaborating with experienced BCBAs focused on outcomes that are meaningful to our clients. Consistent supervision and support from experienced BCBAs is built into this role to ensure both client progress and professional growth. About ABA Solutions ABA Solutions is a BCBA-owned organization providing applied behavior analysis services throughout the Tampa Bay region. Our team works together to create life-changing outcomes for the children and families we serve. RBTs at ABA Solutions benefit from a collaborative team culture and accessible leadership. Supervising BCBAs and directors remain actively involved in supporting clinicians with case consultation, problem-solving, and professional development. Clinical Support and Growth Opportunities RBTs working in school and home settings receive consistent supervision and support from experienced clinicians.
Our team provides:
Regular supervision from experienced BCBAs Collaboration with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors Opportunities to work with practicum students and developing clinicians Practicum-approved supervisors available for those pursuing BCBA certification Predictable scheduling within centralized service areas whenever possible What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home environments Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to support skill generalization Maintain documentation and session notes according to clinical standards Where You'll Work This role involves providing services across school and home environments. School services typically occur during the school day and involve supporting clients with behavior goals, classroom participation, and social interaction. Home sessions often focus on caregiver training and skill generalization so strategies can be implemented consistently across environments.
