Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Now Hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) New Day Therapy Center is excited to be expanding our team and we're looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) like YOU! We are seeking dedicated part-time and full-time RBTs to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you'll work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized behavior plans through direct intervention. You'll help clients develop critical skills, support them in daily activities, track progress through data collection, and collaborate closely with families and team members to ensure success. What We're Looking For Active RBT Certification (required) 1+ years of ABA experience (preferred but not required) Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a background check Reliable transportation required Physical Exam/TB test required Medicaid Provider ID (required) Why Join Us At New Day Therapy Center, we value our team and the incredible work they do.
