As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be on the front line of this mission working directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA across home, school, telehealth, and community settings. This is more than a role; it's an opportunity to grow your skills, support families in meaningful ways, and be part of a supportive, purpose-driven ABA team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA therapy services according to treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients in home, school, telehealth, and community settings.
• Collect and record accurate session data to track progress.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and BACB ethical standards.
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and other team members.

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification through the BACB. High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree is a plus). Reliable transportation to client locations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with children and young adults with autism. Experience using practice management platforms designed for ABA (Ensora Health preferred). Thorough understanding of HIPAA and BACB regulations and standards. Current CPR certificate. Must be able to pass local background check. Must be able to pass a level II background check. Must be able to attain a Brevard County, FL public schools badge.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
