Active RBT certification is required. Position Summary As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized behavior support plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help individuals strengthen communication, independence, and daily living skills. This is a structured clinical role with clear expectations, consistent supervision, and meaningful long-term impact on the people you support.
