Our Community ABA Team brings high-quality behavioral services directly to clients where they live, learn, and participate in daily life. We are expanding and looking for a mission-driven Community RBT who wants flexibility, strong supervision, and meaningful work in natural environments. RISE places the client experience at the center of everything we do. Our mission is to serve families and create a strong, consistent system of support. The Community RBT works closely with a supervising BCBA and receives access to a Senior Behavior Analyst for additional clinical guidance.
