Founded by a BCBA intern with hands-on clinical experience , Smilestone ABA was created with a clear mission: to provide consistent, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services that truly support both clients and their families. This practice is grounded in real-world experience—not just theory—and is focused on meaningful progress for clients and families. Position Details Job Type:

Part-Time with opportunity to grow to full-time

Location:

In-clinic and/or In-home This role will begin during the credentialing and startup phase with minimal hours and will grow as client services begin. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision for RBTs Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) Develop and update individualized treatment plans Provide parent training and support Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services Collaborate on clinical structure and program development Assist with or provide guidance during the insurance credentialing and intake process Support development of clinical systems, documentation, and workflows during the startup phase Collaborate on establishing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery Provide input on scheduling, service structure, and clinical operations as the practice grows Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and clinical standards during initial setup Requirements Active BCBA certification required Experience working with children diagnosed with autism Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a flexible environment Compensation $75-$95 per hour (based on experience) Flexible schedule This is a W-2 position. Hours will begin minimally during the startup and credential phase and will increase as clients are onboarded. As Smilestone ABA expands into a clinic setting, this role has the potential to grow into a larger position, including leadership opportunities.
