Field-Based / Community Partner Sites (DeKalb, Fulton, and Metro Atlanta); Dayshift (must be available during the day 8 AM - 3 PM ) Position Summary The RBT Fidelity Coach & Monitor supports the quality, consistency, and fidelity of behavioral intervention implementation across The Well Community Collective (TWCC) partner sites and programs. This role is responsible for observing, coaching, and supporting Behavioral Specialists and staff in the implementation of trauma-informed behavioral strategies, classroom interventions, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), emotional regulation supports, and behavioral documentation practices. The RBT Fidelity Coach & Monitor serves as a quality assurance support role to help ensure interventions are implemented consistently, ethically, safely, and effectively across classrooms and partner sites. This position is not intended to function as a punitive compliance role, but rather as a supportive coaching and fidelity-monitoring position that strengthens implementation quality, staff confidence, and program consistency. The ideal candidate is highly observant, emotionally regulated, clinically grounded, organized, supportive, and skilled in providing corrective coaching while maintaining positive working relationships with multidisciplinary teams. Core ResponsibilitiesFidelity Monitoring & Implementation Oversight Conduct regular classroom and field observations across TWCC partner sites Observe Behavioral Specialists and staff during implementation of: BIPs, behavioral strategies, emotional regulation supports, de-escalation interventions, classroom supports, and trauma-informed behavioral practices Monitor consistency and accuracy of intervention implementation Identify implementation strengths, barriers, and areas requiring improvement Ensure staff are implementing strategies according to TWCC standards and approved plans Coaching & Corrective Support Provide real-time coaching and supportive feedback to Behavioral Specialists and staff Model trauma-informed behavioral interventions and co-regulation strategies Support staff with: classroom behavior management, antecedent interventions, redirection techniques, replacement skill development, and hands-off behavioral support approaches Assist staff with improving consistency, confidence, and implementation fidelity Reinforce professionalism, therapeutic communication, and classroom collaboration BIP & Behavioral Support Collaboration Collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator regarding: fidelity concerns, implementation challenges, high-risk behavioral cases, and intervention recommendations Assist with monitoring BIP implementation and effectiveness Support classroom staff in understanding behavioral recommendations and strategies Help identify behavioral trends, environmental triggers, and support needs across classrooms Minimum Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred in: Psychology Human Services Social Work Behavioral Health Education Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Minimum 3 years experience working in : behavioral health, ABA, school-based behavioral support, early childhood behavioral intervention, or trauma-informed behavioral programming
