Job Description

Smilestone ABA is a growing ABA practice dedicated to providing consistent, compassionate, and high-quality care to children and families. We are currently building our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and looking for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact. Position Details:
Part-time to start (growth available) Flexible scheduling based on client needs Services may include in-home and/or clinic-based settings as the company grows Positions will begin as clients are onboarded
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collect and record data accurately Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
Requirements:
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) High School Diploma Required Experience working with children (ABA preferred) Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans
Pay:
$22-$28/hour (based on experience) Hours will increase as clients are onboarded
