Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - GeorgiaJob Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, support clients in achieving their individualized goals, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote meaningful progress. Client Locations We are currently hiring for clients in the following Georgia locations: Fairburn, GA Locust Grove, GA Grayson, GA Union Point, GA Rising Fawn, GA Ellijay, GA Bowdon, GA Albany, GA Augusta, GA Americus, GA Lawrenceville, GA Macon, GA Responsibilities Deliver individualized behavioral interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect, record, and analyze data to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care skills. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to develop and update individualized treatment goals. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and HIPAA-compliant records. Support clients during teaching sessions and skill acquisition programs focused on communication, social skills, adaptive behaviors, and independence. Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training opportunities. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. No prior experience as an RBT or Behavior Technician is required, provided the candidate holds a valid RBT certification and meets all applicable requirements. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management strategies. Experience working with children or individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred. Ability to assist with activities of daily living and implement behavior intervention plans. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and professional documentation standards.
