Organization OverviewThe Tomorrow Center is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy provider serving children and adolescents with autism and other developmental differences in Buford and the surrounding North Georgia communities. Our clinic offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy within a collaborative, sensoryfriendly, and familycentered environment. We emphasize positive behavior support, relationshipbased care, and clinical integrity in all services delivered. Position SummaryThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and supervision of applied behavior analysis services for pediatric clients. The BCBA provides clinical leadership by designing individualized behavior support plans, supervising behavior technicians, collaborating with interdisciplinary providers, and supporting families through education and training. QualificationsRequired:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standingMasters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldEligibility to practice as a BCBA in the state of GeorgiaStrong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skillsCommitment to ethical, compassionate, and childcentered careExperience providing ABA services in a pediatric or clinicbased settingExperience working with children on the autism spectrumMust be able to handle a caseload of 5 12 childrenPreferred:
