Position Overview:
As a key member of our therapeutic team, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement customized behavior intervention plans. This role is essential in providing high-quality, direct ABA therapy to our clients, facilitating their social, communication, and adaptive skill development.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of experienced BCBAs. Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Engage children in activities designed to promote their social, communicative, and life skills. Collect precise data to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Build meaningful relationships with families, providing them with insights and strategies to support their child's development. RBT collaboration with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment
Ideal Candidate:
RBT certification, with a passion for ABA therapy and a drive to make a difference. Experience working with children diagnosed with autism in various settings. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
