Responsibilities The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services. The BCBA conducts comprehensive assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Additionally, the BCBA provides essential supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), analyzing data and adjusting treatment plans to foster meaningful progress in communication, social, and adaptive skills. Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews Qualifications Active BCBA certification and Georgia state licensure (or eligibility) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum (new graduates considered with strong training support) HealthPro Heritage is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
