Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) About Rolyn Behavioral Consulting Services Rolyn Behavioral Consulting Services is a Georgia-based ABA provider committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and compassionate behavioral services to children and families. We partner with families and schools to create meaningful progress through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children. Position Summary The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct one-on-one ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services are provided in home and/or school settings throughout Georgia. The RBT implements individualized treatment plans, supports skill acquisition, and assists in reducing challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and/or school settings Accurately collect session data and complete detailed session notes daily Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with consistency and fidelity Support skill development in communication, social interaction, self-care, and academics Utilize positive behavior support strategies Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Georgia Medicaid documentation standards Attend supervision sessions and ongoing training as required by BACB and state guidelines Ensure timely completion of required documentation and service notes Minimum Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB Completion of 40-hour RBT training High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with Georgia regulations Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes/schools Ability to work independently while following supervision guidance Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Experience providing services through Georgia Medicaid or private insurance Strong time management and documentation skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit on the floor, bend, kneel, and actively engage with children Ability to lift up to 30 pounds if necessary Ability to respond safely and appropriately to challenging behaviors Why Join Rolyn Behavioral Consulting Services?
