Innovative Behavior Options is a trusted, family-owned provider of in-home, center-based, and school-based ABA therapy for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. We've proudly served the Metro Atlanta area since 2005 — and we're growing! We're currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 therapy services in Cumming and Alpharetta , GA. Position Details Location:

Sessions take place in homes, schools, community settings, and our IBO centers.

Schedule:

Flexible hours between 8:00 AM-6PM , typically 3-5 days/week

Session Length:

Typically 2-5 hours per session

• 30/hour , based on experience and credentials What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Hands-on ABA training (for new staff) + ongoing supervision BACB Supervision hours available (where applicable) Clear career advancement paths toward BCBA and clinical leadership roles Benefit packages available (based on hours worked) Access to technology and resources to help you succeed Opportunities for CEUs and ongoing learning Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision Accurately collect data and follow measurement protocols Communicate with caregivers and team members professionally Travel to clients' homes, schools, daycare centers, or clinics as assigned Maintain appropriate physical activity levels (may include lifting up to 50 lbs or kneeling for extended periods) Requirements Active RBT Certification Prior experience in ABA, Autism support, or behavioral healthcare Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Proof of auto insurance Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 48 college credit hours CPR/First Aid Certification , or willingness to complete in-person training Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism Why Choose IBO?
