POSITION SUMMARY
The Center Lead BCBA is the on-site leader responsible for driving the daily success, operational efficiency, and growth of their assigned center. This role blends high-level clinical oversight with direct operational leadership, ensuring that the center meets its performance goals while delivering exceptional ABA services to clients and families. Acting as the "boots on the ground," the Center Lead BCBA manages day-to-day operations, supports staff performance, drives client and revenue growth, and ensures alignment with both clinical and operational priorities set by the Center Director.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Leadership & Growth Lead the daily operations of the center, ensuring schedules are optimized, staff are deployed efficiently, and client sessions run smoothly Monitor and manage key performance metrics such as utilization, productivity, staffing ratios, and client census Partner with the Center Director to develop and execute growth strategies, including expanding programs, increasing capacity, and improving retention Identify operational challenges and implement solutions quickly to maintain center efficiency and client satisfaction Build and maintain referral relationships to support consistent client growth Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance Oversee the clinical programming for all clients in the center, ensuring treatment fidelity and compliance with payer requirements Conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and ensure measurable outcomes are achieved Maintain expectation of 15 billable hours weekly Provide regular supervision, observation, and feedback for BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff Lead case reviews, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to ensure high standards of care Team Management & Development Directly manage and mentor the center's clinical team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to build a high-performing, stable team Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when needed Ensure ongoing training for all staff to meet compliance, skill, and service quality requirements Client & Family Engagement Maintain strong, proactive communication with families to ensure satisfaction and trust in services Support smooth client onboarding and transition processes Partner with caregivers and external providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
SUCCESS METRICS
Center utilization rate meets or exceeds target Client census and utilization/productivity growth align with quarterly goals Clinical documentation and treatment plans are 100% compliant and on schedule Staff turnover remains within target range and engagement scores remain high Client satisfaction ratings remain in the top tier
Qualifications and Requirements:
Master's degree BCBA Certification state licensure if applicable Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) certificate ( preferred) The equivalent of two plus years prior leadership and center-based experience ( preferred) Must excel as a team member, demonstrate flexibility, ability to mentor and improve professional qualifications, and work independently Proficient in use of Microsoft Programs and ABA software (Central Reach) Consistently demonstrate good judgement and decision-making skills Attain ABA.Kadiant is a fast paced and rapidly growing nationwide ABA company with a primary focus on helping individuals reach their highest potential through high quality ABA Therapy.
