What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy that creates real, lasting change Collect data, implement behavior plans, and track meaningful progress Support and mentor fellow RBTs and Behavior Technicians Collaborate closely with your BCBA supervisor to ensure the best outcomes Build strong, professional relationships with families Stay organized, communicative, and goal-driven in your day-to-day work
What We're Looking For:
Current RBT certification At least 1 year of experience as an RBT Passion for working with children and making an impact Reliable transportation Strong communication and time management skills A team player who is motivated, professional, and eager to grow If you're looking for more than just a job, if you want a career where you're supported, valued, and inspired every day Thrive is the place for you.
