Part‑Time Job Overview ABA Specialists is a clinic-based therapy center established to meet the growing need for high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Duluth, GA. We are deeply committed to providing ethical, evidence-based, and child-centered care, and we believe our clients always come first. Our clinic serves children ages 2-7 years of age who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate, professional, and dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. This is a part-time position with weekday hours, and no evenings or weekends are required. Schedule & Hours Part-time position Monday through Friday Between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM No evenings or weekends Key Responsibilities As an RBT at ABA Specialists, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to assigned clients using evidence-based practices Implement treatment plans with fidelity under the supervision of a BCBA Collect accurate session data Prepare for therapy sessions and maintain organized, engaging materials Collaborate effectively with BCBAs and fellow RBTs Maintain professional, open, and positive communication with families, supervisors, and team members Create a kid-friendly, engaging, and supportive environment based on the child's age and developmental level Be punctual, reliable, and responsive to feedback Have fun with the kiddos while supporting meaningful skill development Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position requires maintaining active engagement with clients throughout therapy sessions. Physical demands may include sitting, standing, walking, running, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds, as needed to ensure client safety, and therapeutic success. RBTs must be able to adapt to a variety of environments while maintaining professionalism, safety, and a positive therapeutic experience for clients. Required Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification No past criminal history Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Strong verbal and written communication skills Minimum of a high school diploma or national equivalent Reliable, punctual, and able to work cooperatively within a team Previous experience working with children is preferred Why Join ABA Specialists?
