Job Description

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work 1-on-1 with clients to implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), helping individuals develop functional skills and reach their full potential.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Direct Therapy:
Implement 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and behavior intervention plans (BIP) under BCBA supervision.
Data Collection:
Accurately record and graph data on observable client behaviors and skill acquisition using digital or manual systems.
Clinical Support:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional communication.
Behavior Management:
Effectively manage challenging behaviors using approved de-escalation and reinforcement strategies.
Documentation:
Maintain professional session notes and ensure all documentation meets medical necessity and HIPAA compliance standards.
Qualifications Certification:
High School Diploma/GED required; active RBT certification (BACB) preferred (or willingness to obtain certification within 45 days).
Experience:
Previous experience in ABA, behavioral health, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data collection methods and a basic understanding of medical terminology.
