Your energy and dedication will help empower clients to reach their full potential while gaining valuable experience in the field of behavioral health. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a BCBA, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies is highly desirable. Familiarity with special education practices and patient care protocols enhances your ability to support diverse client needs. Ability to accurately collect data and maintain detailed medical records using appropriate terminology is essential. Strong communication skills and patience are key assets for working effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is required; ongoing professional development is encouraged. Join us in creating impactful change—where your enthusiasm meets meaningful work! We are dedicated to fostering growth both for our clients and our team members through supportive training, collaborative teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in behavioral health services.
