Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those with autism and other behavioral health needs. As an RBT, you will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your energetic approach and compassionate attitude will help foster positive growth and development in every individual you serve. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients with autism and developmental disabilities Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to track progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, eating, and other self-care tasks Support educational and therapeutic activities by teaching new skills and reinforcing positive behaviors Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, educators, and families to ensure consistent implementation of treatment strategies Promote a safe, supportive environment by managing behavior management strategies effectively and ethically Requirements Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies At least 3 years of experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Ability to collect detailed data accurately during therapy sessions and maintain thorough medical records Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and documentation standards for medical records Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and families Compassionate attitude with a passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential Join us in creating a positive impact through dedicated care, innovative therapy techniques, and unwavering support. Pay:
$24.00 - $40.00 per hour
